Timeline of the GardaVerse - Backstory.




Before Time- The Dragon King is trapped in the centre of the Earth by The Chimera Queen. The Originals create life in all universes and build The Antiverse filled with Demons.


Millions of years before- The followers of The Dragon King, who called him Satan, create the first D-Climbers and commit the first two moon drops. Dropping two of Earth’s four moons into the planet in an attempt to free their king.


13’000 BC- The third moon drop is committed and nearly makes humanity extinct. It wipes out almost everything humans have built across the globe leaving only the pyramids in Egypt


1907- The Martian Invasion of England. Martians invade England and ultimately fail as they are killed by plague.


1980- The last Original, Double-R enlists the help of Englishman Lord Whitehart to build a mansion on the remaining moon and stop the D-climbers from dropping it.


1999- An emissary from another universe, 25 years ahead of this one where the Martian Invasion never happened visits King Victor II of England to discuss the founding of an Inter-Universe alliance.


2005- The Worst War begins.


2007- Plantids a sentient race of plant are discovered in Brazil. They take over Brazilian government and chop down the amazon rainforest in order to make humanity reliant on them for oxygen.


2008- The US space command sends special bombs to venus to terraform it. The bombs hold a genetic seed to create new life on the planet.


2009- The Worst War ends with the secret alliance of generals from both sides who make a special agreement with Double-R, Lord Whitehart and The Emissary.


2012- The Last War begins, and is swiftly ended because of the special agreement. To stop more blood shed all generals across the world take control of their governments and found InterGard which is dedicated to safeguarding humanity.


2024- InterGard sets up many Oniel colonies in space and grounded colonies on Mars and Venus, Martians are driven into the polar wastes.


2024 (December)- InterGard battles against the D-Climbers and stops them from dropping the moon. Double-R sacrifices his life to win the battle.


2029-100’000 With the invention of D-Cars and the ability to go to other universes. The Age of InterGard truly begins, a multiversal empire across all of creation. There are many battles, civil wars and more in this time. Clones are created to act as soldiers and InterGard rules supreme.


100’001- The Mortechular Jihad, a chaotic uprising of AI against InterGard begins.


100’200- The Jihad reaches Earth and the blockade is broken. InterGard falls as the final bastion is overrun. In one last attempt to save InterGard. The Emissary releases the Archonites, creatures from a deleted timeline. The Archonites destroy all presence of the Jihad in the matter of months but this comes at a price as all humans across the universe are turned into Goblins by the mutagenic Madness gas that the Archonites emit. This is The Age of Chaos.


000PIG-The Post InterGard Era begins.


009PIG-After destroying all the Goblins on mars. The Martians send a bomb to Earth which ignites the Gas and cleanses the Earth. This also kills the Archonite Hive King, sending all other Archonites and Goblins into a frenzy as they fall on each other leading to their extinction.


015PIG- Underwater colonies on Earth which survived the Age of Chaos due to being separated from the Gas by water re-establish presence on Earth. They have a war with the Martians who had other ideas of who should inherit the planet.


022PIG- The Martians are exterminated from Earth and The Earth Empire is born. They settle on Mars, Venus and build new Oniel Colonies.


128PIG- Remaining Martians infiltrate the Earth Government using Combot Androids. They brutalise the colonies and impose heavy taxes on them.


158PIG- The Nigeria Five uprising begins on the Oniel Colony Nigeria Five, many other colonies establish independence in this war such as The Kingdom of Martia, Elsuria, Venus-TEN-9.


207PIG- For the first time since the Age of InterGard, humanity starts to develop psychic powers again. The Psychicwar begins! The diminished Earth Empire wants to destroy all Psychics but the Free Colonies won’t allow it.


209PIG- Triple-N and Fhcky Wucky, two previous enemies team up at last with a plan to bring back InterGard, in the name of The Welsh Wiggers!

 The Slime Empire is a small but expanding dominion of assorted half sentient blobular amoeba which slither and creep. Their Empire is a collection of small airless planetoids orbiting a massive and impossibly large slimluoid with a star trapped inside it's  gelatinous body acting as both it's nucleus and it's source of eternal energy. This is called the Redsun Starslime in the Sky The most commonly seen of the Slime Empire's army are the Red Slimes. These are bloody hued, aggressive and unacceptably fast. They will jump onto their foes and dissolve them with their vile, jellyflesh. The second most common are the Green Slimes, they are expert ranged attackers and can spit acid across quite a long distance. There are also the Ochre Slimes, which are larger and more matured Red or Green Slimes which are slower but very durable and will usually act as bodyguards to their commanders. The Dreaded Psylime! The Races of Maxedonia

  There are several sentient races on the world of Maxedonia. The smallest of them are the Gnomes, around half the height of an Elf they are individually weak and cowardly but in numbers they have a massive advantage. The Elves of Maxedonia are basically just humans. No pointy ears or inherent magic ability. I feel this is an overused trope in creatures with the name elf. Also they aren't a bunch of pansy tree huggers either, they are an industrial steam driven imperialistic people with a desire to see all of Maxedonia under their command. Basically the British empire. Trolls on the other hand are far more primitive minded. A few might carry black powder weapons but they are far more comfortable with crossbows and longswords. Trolls ARE inherently magical but my magic system will likely be more fairy-tale esque and not "harry potter" or "midichlorian BS" systems of spellcasting. With InterGard gone and much of the Wiggerverse in ruins a new power arises to conquer the stars once more. The robotic metalclones, called The Caste are spreading their influence across creation. However they are not uncontested, an alliance of several distinct rival hiveminds have arisen to destroy the threat posed by the merciless Caste.The first two of these hiveminds were once a single entity called Jin, now it is split into two warring factions, the Firebloods and the Darkspawn. Despite their difference they have temporarily put aside past grievances to combat the Caste. Fireblood clones are, like most clone races descended from InterGard battleclones, they have a shimmering visage but are still formed from the same GANIC cloneflesh that almost all clones are made from. Darkspawn Clones are again, descendants of InterGard clones however they are tainted with Demon Blood which has twisted them into half spectral beings, Darkspawn's Hivemind is almost bestial in it's method...
